Please, Not Megan Fox!
So I read this horrible rumor on the internet that said Megan Fox is being eyed to play the next Buffy (in the reboot they're making). Megan Fox...seriously. The whole point of Buffy is that she's nerdy and kinda weird. Some producer said that of course she is being considered because she's at the top of the food chain right now, but that they were still writing the script and not even close to casting right now. I almost kind of hope they do pick her because the movie is going to fail so horribly that I know paying her will completely bankrupt them.

Too Civilized for Dumb Things
In today's society, our "civilized, smart" society, there are still way to many things that don't make much sense. For instance, why would be continue making something that was worth less than it cost to make....like pennies. Can't we just do away with those by now? Or those stupid sliding seatbelts in the 80's. Hey guys! Space cars! Hope you're not holding coffee trying to get out of your car at the same time! Finally, what about those stupid tabs on the DVD's that you have to pop to open the box. Are those REALLY necessary or was the original box just too easy to actually get into. Sometimes, humans are really dumb.

Going Loco for Four Loco
Right now the big story is how Four Loco isn't going to be sold in stores anymore because people are getting life threateningly drunk off of it. Ok, let me tell you about these "people" who are getting drunk. They are teenagers, who shouldn't be drinking anyways. And at least one of them had a blood alcohol content of .35. .35!!! That is wayyyy more than one or two Four Locos. And you'd have to be a damn retard to not realize that you're so drunk you should probably stop drinking. Once again everyone gets punished for someone else’s stupidity. I don't even drink the stuff. I'm just bitter tonight. Kyusu

Not a Fan of Christmas
I love that stores broke out the holiday decorations in the beginning of November this year. Usually they wait until right around Thanksgiving. Hell, there are some stores that are already playing Christmas music. I get that they are trying to woo the shopper wallets out of their pockets, but come on. Retailers ruin Christmas before it even gets started. Personally, I'm not a fan of Christmas. I don't like feeling obligated to give people gifts based on what standards the world has set. I like to give people presents I know they will like all year. I will flip to the Christmas stations though from time to time, but I'll wait until December.

Betrayal means Rage
Today I was also reminded how much people can disappoint me. I am a very nice and open person. I guess that makes me a target to some people. Maybe just a random happenstance, but feeling betrayed by someone doesn't really feel any better whether it is intended or not. Not to mention how much my hormones are raging this week, so I guess it just bothers me that much more. RAAGGEE! The worst part is I can't even confront the person about it, because I don't want any drama more than I care about getting the item back. I'll just get another one. Here's to the friends you don't deserve and the friendship that was smothered before it began. Japanese Tea Set

Generation of Poor Work Ethic
I think my age group generally has a pretty poor work ethic. I started working when I was 15 because I wanted money. I also know that the only way to keep a job is to be on time, and to actually do the job. Sadly though, companies tend to keep employees who don't do their share of work. This is sending the wrong message, especially in a time where you can get any number of qualified people to do a job they want or desperately need to do. I owe my new job to my work ethic because I know I would not have gotten it from quitting jobs I "didn't like" or calling in sick all the time out of laziness.

Gamer and Gerald Butler
Currently, I'm in the middle of watching Gamer. I think it's like the strangest movie I've ever seen. I am not just talking the idea of being able to control actual people, but the way it was filmed too. Every time they show the game "society" it's all awkward angles full of vibrant colors and random shots of people doing wierd things they'd never actually do in society...and a lot of things they would do if they could. The antagonist is hella stereotypical. This movie is officially so terrible that I can't stop watching it. I guess it's worth it cause Gerald Butler is hawwwt.

The Seven Days
Seven Days is a hilariously guilty pleasure of mine. It was a television show about ten years ago now about how a team of secret government officials could send one human back in time to undo some tragedy. Catch was, they could only send him back seven days. ;) Back in the day I took it semi seriously, as much as you can a television show of its sci fi caliber. Now a days I watch it to get a laugh in. The heel of the show is so dramatic, he cracks me up. And the CG action scenes are terrible. Got to love it though. Kyusu

My Mom's Crappy Pea Green Blender
My mom used to have this epic pea green blender from, god, it had to be from the 70's. That thing made the PERFECT smoothie. One day I got home and found out that my mom had given it away and bought a new blender to replace it. BIG mistake. That blender SUCKED!!! It always left little balls of ice in my smoothies and could just not blend them as well in general. I've found that this is true with everything now a days. We live in a society that builds something so crappy, it can just be replaced (with something of even lesser quality) We no longer build things to last. I think this is really sad. If you happen to have a pea green blender that looks to be from the 70's....keep it. It's far superior to anything you could get on the market today.

Newest Technology can Become Useless in the Future
It's funny how one of the most useful man made creation can constantly render itself useless.Quite the little conundrum. What am I talking about? Technology! It's always improving. Every. Single. Day. And the day after you can't even use the old stuff anymore. Remember those old school Macs with like a couple squares for pictures. Remember MS Dos mode? How about dial up. Man, my mom used to be pissed when I tied up the phone line with the internet. Luckily, for the most part it gets better. Except Droid updates...those seem to only get WORSE! Cast Iron Teapots
